We partnered with Laurie Fieldman of Silver Lining Healing to get us one step closer reaching our goal of making the biggest impact possible. Laurie is a world-renowned social worker and has spoken at conferences around the world, including as far away as Milan, Italy. When we partnered with Laurie, our team underwent an intense, multi-day training centered around helping clients process grief and helping clients with hoarding issues. Laurie holds a masters degree in social work (MSW) from the University of Chicago and formerly worked for the Les Turner ALS foundation for over 20 years. While with the Les Turner foundation, Laurie was tasked with helping those living with ALS process what they're dealing with as well as helping their families deal with the grief of losing them. 

At the surface, all we do is junk removal, but we know our job has much more meaning. Sometimes, our hoarding cleanout service is the first step in someone with a serious hoarding issue getting help. Seeing your lost loved ones items go can cause many emotions for a client during an estate cleanout, and we wanted to be able to help our clients as much as possible through that.
